Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
There is absolutely no way to cancel the order. There are absolutely no exceptions. Customer agrees that by placing an order with us, the Customer has incurred and is paying for services provided and that regardless of whether the Customer refuses to take delivery of such product ordered, {Created To Worship (CTW)} shall be paid in full. The Customer agrees that by placing any such order, the Customer will not cancel or terminate the order or refuse any such payment for the services provided. In the event that you cancel an order before production begins, the Customer will be eligible for a refund in the form of in-store credit, which will remain valid for 30 days before expiring. In some cases where no work has been done or no print file has been added to your order we will process a refund back to the payment method used. We will charge a 18% processing fee on all cash back orders. In addition, the Customer authorizes {Created To Worship (CTW)} to use these terms and conditions with any credit card company or financial institution to establish that Customer is not allowed to cancel any such order and that any such charge-back is improper. If a quality check has not been added to your product order, the customer takes full responsibility for the bleed, quality, and the resolution of the artwork that was uploaded, and any poor cutting or pixelation that occurs as a result and therefore will not be eligible for refunding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at {Created To Worship (CTW)}. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon purchasing any digital products or services, including but not limited to e-books, music files, online courses, and webinars, you acknowledge that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital product or service accessed or downloaded, due to the nature of digital content.
Physical Products:
All sales of physical products, such as books, CDs, apparel, and other merchandise, are final. We do not offer refunds but may consider exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange process for any defective items.
Events and Workshops:
For paid events, workshops, or retreats hosted by "Created to Worship", all sales are final. We understand that plans can change; however, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. We may, at our discretion, offer credits for future events or services in exceptional circumstances.
Subscriptions and Recurring Donations:
Subscriptions to ongoing services or recurring donations are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining period of the subscription or donations made.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur. In cases of extreme hardship or dissatisfaction with a product or service that is directly attributable to our actions, we invite you to contact our customer service team to discuss your situation. We reserve the right to make final decisions on refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
