OVERVIEW

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made from Created To Worship™ Apparel & Things (CTW), a d/b/a of LadyDi's Creative Designs, LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable store policies.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

CTW offers apparel, drinkware, accessories, personalized products, handmade items, and other merchandise. Product availability, designs, colors, sizes, materials, pricing, and other product details are subject to change without notice.

Because some CTW products are handmade, handcrafted, or individually produced, slight variations in color, placement, size, appearance, or finish may occur. These reasonable variations are not considered defects.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for customized and personalized orders, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photographs, wording, and other requested details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving customization information before submitting an order. CTW is not responsible for errors contained in information provided or approved by the customer.

Once production has begun, custom, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except when CTW is responsible for an error or qualifying defect.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNS & CONTENT

When a customer provides CTW with photographs, logos, artwork, wording, graphics, or other content for use on a custom product, the customer represents that they own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.

CTW reserves the right to decline any custom order or customer-supplied content that CTW reasonably believes may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or business.

PAYMENT & PRICING All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received or authorized. CTW reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, promotions, or other information displayed on the website. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer before processing the order. ORDER ACCEPTANCE Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. CTW reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or requests that CTW reasonably determines it cannot fulfill. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. CTW is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays, loss, or other carrier-related issues may be outside CTW's control. CTW will assist customers with available tracking or carrier information when appropriate. CANCELLATIONS Because many CTW products are handmade, customized, personalized, or made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is received. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once production has begun, custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded. RETURNS & REFUNDS All purchases are subject to CTW's Return & Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable except when CTW is responsible for an error, defect, or incorrect item. Customers should review the complete Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise stated, CTW branding, original product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, logos, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Created To Worship™ Apparel & Things and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission. WEBSITE USE Customers agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Created To Worship™ Apparel & Things and LadyDi's Creative Designs, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls. Return & Refund Policy

Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

At Created To Worship™ Apparel & Things (CTW), we take pride in creating quality products with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, customized, or personalized, all sales are considered final unless an error or defect is the responsibility of CTW.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, items customized with names, photographs, dates, colors, wording, logos, or customer-requested designs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, wording, photographs, and other personalization information submitted with an order. CTW is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.

If CTW makes an error in producing your order, we will work with you to correct the issue.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Created To Worship™ Apparel & Things (CTW), please contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To report an issue, email mydesigns@cre8tedtoworship.com and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

After reviewing the claim, CTW may, as appropriate, repair the item, replace the item, or issue a refund. Please do not return an item without first contacting CTW and receiving return instructions.

CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS

CTW is not responsible for errors resulting from information provided by the customer, including incorrect spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, addresses, photographs, wording, or other personalization details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. CTW is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays or other carrier-related issues may be outside CTW's control. We will assist customers with available carrier information when appropriate.

CANCELLATIONS

Because custom and made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

By completing a purchase with CTW, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Returns & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We carefully prepare each order with attention and care. Please review our shipping, processing, and delivery information below before placing your order.

Created To Worship Apparel & Things

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Created To Worship™ Apparel & Things is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first and file a claim when appropriate. We will gladly provide available order and tracking information to assist you with the process.

Order Processing Times

Orders are carefully prepared and processed before shipment. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for standard orders to be processed before shipping. Processing time does not include carrier transit or delivery time.

Custom, personalized, handmade, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the product, quantity, and level of customization.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the selected delivery method. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive available tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
